How do I get a formal quote?

We design, deploy, and appreciate modern technology.  And, you can still talk to a human. We recognize buyers of all ages, levels of purchasing experience and product knowledge, along with buyers with varying amounts time, are tasked with some or all of the purchasing and procurement process.  We meet you where you are.  Choose the way you want to engage and get the best possible price on your capital investment.

1.  Call us

Call K2 M-F 8am-6pm at 800-218-7613 option 1 and simply ask any representative for a quote. Once you are assigned to a sales representative, you can always call or email them directly for all your future needs.  If you're business is operational on weekends and after our standard business hours, you can ask your representative for the after-hours support number in the event of an emergency. 

2.  Click for Quote

Go to k2sci.com and click on the Quote icon on the homepage. Select the items you are interested in purchasing.  The quote will be routed to the territory sales manager associated with your zip code.  Your quote, along with any applicable discounts will be returned to you within 24 business hours.  Most quotes are returned within one hour or less. 

3.  Chat us

Click on the secure chat button on our home page at k2sci.com and start an online conversation.  After-hours you can open a service ticket and request the quote. 

Tips for making sure you get a complete and accurate quote the first time 

Be sure to include the following information when requesting your quote:

    • Ship to address - zip code will do, but may not provide the most accurate shipping price
    • Method of delivery desired
      • Dock-to-Dock:  This method may expedite your delivery time and is the least expensive method of delivery. If you select dock-to-dock method, you must have room for an 18-wheel truck to enter and exit your property safely. 
      • Lift-gate service: Ideal for locations with a dock but do not have adequate turnaround space for a full sized tractor and trailer.  
      • Inside delivery:  Provides delivery to business entry way - first floor delivery only.
      • Premium / White glove delivery: Required if your business is not located on the first floor or if you do not have proper equipment or staff to remove your new equipment from a pallet.  Additional benefits include, the delivery team allowing for complete inspection, at the time of delivery, placement in the room of your choice, and the delivery team will discard of all of the packing materials.
    • Tell us if you are a government or not-for-profit entity - discounts are available
    • Let us know if you will be purchasing multiple units - special discounts may apply
    • Let us know if you are a re-seller or distributor
