K2 Scientific’s Shipping Policy

Shipping costs will vary depending on the delivery service and your location. When checking out online, our standard, flat-rate shipping will apply based on your delivery address. This will include a liftgate + inside delivery where ODFL will bring the unit(s) inside the first ground level room they come in to and leave it there. They will not walk up any stairs.

If you are interested in premium delivery / white glove delivery service, please contact sales at 800-218-7613 opt 1. With this service, a two-man team will bring it to the specific room, depalletize, unpackage it, and remove the trash. Please ensure the unit will be able to fit through any doorways and/or elevators if necessary.

Following our Receipt of Goods Policy is required for all delivery methods.

Units ship from our Charlotte, NC warehouse via Old Dominion Freight Line. Shipping times on in stock items are as follows, assuming no delays:

• East Coast: 1-2 days
• Midwest: 2-3 days
• Central: 3-4 days
• West Coast: 4-5 days
